Aquí sólo podemos indicar brevemente los asuntos a los cuales se extiende el poder funcionario del obispo:

It does not make sense to claim that the encontrarse means the elder/pastor’s home must be organized, neat and tidy. It refers to family members.
But ten hours a week for sermon preparation and teaching/preaching is not enough. In fact, this church had missed the emphasis of the following two passages.
I am sure some in that church thought they were unloving and uncaring to these widows. But their greatest priority – greatest expression of love – was to be in prayer for them and to teach and preach the Word to them.

The passage says that if the elder does not stop sinning, he is to be rebuked in front of the congregation. At this point, it is implied that the elder is removed from office. Notice that the passage does not say this is the exclusive responsibility of the elders. But it is implied that elders are responsible for performing this action due to Hebrews 13:17.

Otra tarea importante de un obispo es colaborar con otros líderes eclesiásticos, tanto a nivel Particular como nacional e internacional. Esto implica participar en reuniones y conferencias para discutir asuntos importantes y tomar decisiones en conjunto para el bienestar de la Iglesia en su conjunto.
1 Timothy 5:19 requires that two or three individuals were witnesses to the same sin at the same time. This does not mean that one individual witnessed a sin one day, another person witnessed a sin on some another occasion, and maybe a third person witnessed another sin.
Los obispos se encargan de velar por las iglesias locales bajo su control a través de la figura de las diócesis, que se organizan principalmente en una de las ciudades que englobe y cuya sede principal es la catedral, desde donde imparten el derecho Perroónico y confiere los sacramentos.
